1. Business identity
deliveryfwood.com is an LLC registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU 13130617, Business Center Podil, 12 Shevchenka Street, Office 4, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. 2. Tours and registration
We sell travel and organised tours. For tours and overnight stays we disclose tourism registration and licence data and service terms under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995. Itinerary, total price, payment schedule, cancellation and complaint route are given before booking under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991.
3. Booking and prices
The contract forms on our written confirmation. Prices are in the currency shown and include applicable taxes; mandatory charges are itemised before confirmation and never added later without consent.
4. Cancellation, refunds, complaints
Distance contracts carry withdrawal rights and tours may carry specific terms under Law No. 1023-XII and Law No. 324/95-VR, shown before booking and not reducing your statutory rights. Complaints: contact@deliveryfwood.com, answered within 30 days.
5. Travellers and liability
Give accurate traveller data, hold valid passports, visas and insurance, and follow local law and safety instructions. We are liable as Ukrainian law requires, but not for events beyond our reasonable control or wrong data you supply. Nothing excludes your rights under Law No. 1023-XII.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3998-IX dated 25 April 2024. Non-essential cookies are set only with consent, per Law No. 3998-IX and Law No. 675-VIII.
7. Language and governing law
Ukrainian law governs these Terms and disputes go to Ukrainian courts. Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian; this English text is a translation, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII dated 25 April 2019.
