Price and terms

One total, stated before you book

Every escape is quoted as a total for the whole booking. Taxes, the service fee and the overnight stay sit inside that figure, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Total price
The figure on each route card is the full amount for the listed group size and dates. Meals and entries named in the included ledger are covered. Anything in the excluded ledger is settled locally.
Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms the dates and the host. The balance is due 10 days before departure, by bank transfer or card.
Cancellation in short
Cancel more than 14 days out and the deposit is returned in full. Inside 14 days the deposit is held. Inside 72 hours the full amount is non-refundable. The complete cancellation and refund policy governs every booking.
Scope
Our catalogue covers routes inside government-controlled Ukraine only. Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk and occupied or conflict-affected territories are not offered, and we will not accept a booking that routes through them.
