Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how deliveryfwood.com (“we”) processes personal data collected through this website, including booking and contact forms. We are the controller under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ No. 3998-IX dated 25 April 2024, and we also apply the Law of Ukraine ‘On Electronic Commerce’ No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015 and the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Rights Protection’ No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991.

Data we collect

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number.
• Booking data: tour or service chosen, travel dates, number of travellers, special requests.
• The content of messages you send through our forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited.

Purposes and lawful basis

We use your data to answer enquiries, conclude and perform bookings, issue documents, meet accounting and tax duties, and keep the site secure. Processing relies on your consent, on steps taken at your request before contracting, and on our legal obligations.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Booking and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Ukrainian law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with payment providers, accommodation and transport suppliers, and IT hosting providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Organised tours and overnight stays may also require disclosures under the Law of Ukraine ‘On Tourism’ No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995.

Non-essential cookies and trackers are set only with your consent and are disclosed in line with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ No. 3998-IX and the Law of Ukraine ‘On Electronic Commerce’ No. 675-VIII.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
