deliveryfwood.com is registered in Kyiv as an LLC under EDRPOU code 13130617. We plan weekend getaway tours across Ukraine: two or three nights, one region at a time, with an organized overnight stay and a named host waiting at the end of each day.
Every price on the site is the total. Taxes and the service fee sit inside it, and the deposit and balance dates are printed next to it. Each route page carries a two column ledger of what is included and what is excluded, so nothing you consume on the trip is left unlisted.
Accommodation is never anonymous. Hosts are named, profiled and contacted directly by our team before a route goes on sale, and the same vetting note is published beside their room details.
Our catalogue covers the Carpathians, Podillia, the Dnipro left bank and the quieter corners of western and central Ukraine. We do not sell or promote trips to Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, or any occupied or conflict affected territory, and that exclusion is written into our own route criteria rather than added as a warning after booking.
How it works
Short countryside escapes run on a short process. We name the host, print the total, and put the dates in writing before you pay anything.
The departure board on our escapes page lists date, region, nights and the full price per person. Nothing is added at checkout.
Every stay is visited in person before it reaches the catalogue. We confirm the room, the kitchen, the water supply and the insurance papers, then publish a named host profile. No anonymous accommodation entries.
A fixed deposit holds your place, and the balance date sits beside the total on the route page. The cancellation window is summarised in one sentence in the same block.
You get the meeting point, the host phone number and the overnight details three days ahead. Included and excluded items are agreed in a two-column ledger you can keep.

Weekend getaways run only on routes our hosts and drivers can confirm in writing. Everything else stays off the catalogue.
Overnight stays on these routes are booked with named hosts and inspected once per season.
We do not sell, quote or route trips into these areas, even on request.
Air-raid alerts and curfews can change a departure at short notice. Drivers follow official guidance, and our hosts keep a sheltered assembly point at each overnight stop.
Read your government's advisory before booking. If a route becomes unsafe, we move the departure or refund it in full.
