Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Policy covers cancellations, changes, refunds and complaints for travel services sold by deliveryfwood.com, LLC (EDRPOU 13130617), Kyiv, Ukraine. It applies with the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991, the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015.

2. Cancellation by you

Cancel in writing to contact@deliveryfwood.com. Unless tour terms state otherwise, refunds of the service price are: over 30 days before departure — full, less identified non-refundable third-party fees; 15–30 days — 50%; 7–14 days — 25%; under 7 days or after departure — none. A stronger right under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991 prevails.

3. Changes, cancellation by us and safety

Date, participant or itinerary changes depend on availability and price difference. We may cancel or modify a tour if a safety assessment, official warning, weather, transport disruption or site closure makes performance unsafe or impossible. You may then take a full refund of amounts paid to us or a comparable alternative. Independent third-party costs are not covered.

4. Refunds and complaints

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of confirmation. Email contact@deliveryfwood.com with your booking reference; we reply within 10 business days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991.

5. Language and law

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII dated 25 April 2019; this is an additional translation. This Policy is governed by Ukrainian law.
